What We Do

UpRising Programmes help young adults to reach their full potential by developing their knowledge, skills, confidence and networks (our Theory of Change).

When they graduate, we see real results such as, massively raised aspirations, boosted employability, the increased likelihood of getting into leadership roles, better educational chances and strengthened communities through their social action activity.

Role Models

We believe that Leadership and employability can’t be taught in a classroom.

Our Programmes provide a unique learning journey for our young adults - far removed from anything they experience in their normal day-to-day lives.  To do this, UpRising engages with companies across all sectors to ensure that our young leaders have access to a wide selection of the very best Role Models.

Across our 2016/17 Programmes a staggering 1,334 hours of time were donated, which equals to just over 55 days worth of expertise, knowledge sharing by our Role Models in just one year.
