“UpRising has been, and continues to be, a real eye-opener. Being able to talk with professionals has certainly had an impact on my workplace confidence.  UpRisers are a group of people who have widely different personal lives, and are equally passionate about making our community a better place to live.”
Iona Hannagan Lewis, Cardiff Pilot Programme participant

Recent themes have included: increasing political engagement among young people; promoting STEM subjects; supporting refugees and asylum seekers to access community groups and education; increasing support for young people suffering with their mental health; and providing education and training for young people around cyber security.
