We are hiring for a Programme Coordinator in Cardiff.

We are looking for an inspiring and motivated individual looking to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people from diverse and underrepresented communities. This role is being brought in to the organisation to support the delivery of the Leadership ProgrammeEnvironmental Leadership Programme and Find Your Voice.

You will be supporting the set-up of local programmes in line with the regional delivery plan; support the Senior Programme Muanager to implement a successful recruitment and/or keep-warm strategy; administer the programme and support the management of the project through e.g. securing venues, speakers and catering; support the Senior Programme Manager to maintain relationships with all relevant external stakeholders and organisations and be responsible for any day‐to-day finances, i.e. expenses and collecting receipts. We are hiring for a Senior Programme Manager in Cardiff

You will be responsible for for managing and supporting the delivery of our Cardiff Programmes, including the Leadership Programme, Environmental Leadership Programme and Find Your Power. You will need to work with the Head of National Programmes and Grants to design a programme plan, local curriculum and evaluation framework for the Cardiff Programmes; Engage and manage the relationship with all programme delivery stakeholders and volunteers; Plan and manage the local programme budget, circa £65,000; Use the relevant programme systems and IT to ensure the effective management of the programme which includes salesforce and GoogleDrive. 

We are looking for someone who has programme development experience; has the ability to deliver or facilitate programmes for young people; grant management experience and knowledge or passion towards environmental issues, leadership and social actions. We are hiring for a Programme Manager in Birmingham

We are looking for a manager to work across two projects in Birmingham (Find Your Power and Find Your Voice). 

Both programmes require an experienced programme manager who is confident designing and delivering practical sessions for diverse young people, as well as managing all elements of set-up and delivery. This role would particularly benefit from someone who has experience of working directly with unaccompanied refugee and asylum seeking young people, a group which requires significant additional support.  Alternatively, someone who has experience working with people with low levels of English and those from hard-to-reach and marginalised backgrounds such as young carers, care leavers and young people from low socio-economic backgrounds.  Applicants will need excellent communication skills and the ability to support group facilitation.

The successful applicant will need to undergo a DBS check to work with under 18s, and will need to be able to travel to, or be based in, Birmingham. For further information (including indepth job descriptions and competencies), simply download our job pack.

We are looking for an organised individual that is able to work well under a structured workload. They will need excellent communication skills and the ability to support group facilitation. This role will be working directly with unaccompanied refugee and asylum seeking children and young people, a group which requires significant additional support.
