Requirements

You are eligible for UpRising if you:

• are aged 19-25
• live, work or study in the following areas:

      London Boroughs of Hackney, Newham, Barking & Dagenham and Tower Hamlets.

      OR

      City of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull or the Black Country

      OR

      Town of Bedford

       OR

      City of Manchester

There are only a limited number of spaces and we expect those who apply to be serious about committing to the whole UpRising programme.

You will be expected to give a minimum of two evenings a month for the duration of the course and commit to participating in the wider activities of the programme.

By taking part in UpRising we ask you to commit to:

• Contributing to your community

• Actively engaging in all aspects of the programme

• Attending all monthly learning sessions throughout the year

• Developing your leadership skills

• Supporting, respecting and helping fellow UpRisers in their personal development
