I Am Here –Street Homelessness in Tower Hamlets:

Over the course of a year about 200 individuals happen to have slept rough in the cold street of Tower Hamlets, men, women alike. We are raising awareness about the seriousness of this issue in the borough, in hope to bring back the human sensitivity and compassion towards them, and work with the community to be part of the solution.

In order to achieve this effectively we aim to:

• Run educative workshops at secondary schools.
• Publish awareness videos relating stories of homeless people.
• Invite local religious institutions to work with existing organisations in helping homeless people.
