His social action project, Plant The Seed, aims to raise the aspirations of young children by coaching and educating young, first-time mothers about the importance of addressing and implementing their children’s aspirations.

Paul particularly admire Mohandas Gandhi. He pioneered approaches to resisting tyranny via mass civil non-violent protest. He led India to independence from British rule and also led nationwide campaigns for easing poverty, expanding women’s rights, and increasing economic self-reliance. The positive influences of Gandhi have been the motivation for numerous civil rights and freedom movements globally.
