Nik Adhia

Nik is 22, and having recently graduated with a 2:1 in Law from LSE, is now working as an Online Video Sales Consultant with Brightcove, a global online video platform.

He aspires to be a successful entrepreneur, specifically within the technology space. Nik has established two start-up ventures, one which was a social enterprise that was showcased at the launch of StartUp Britain. He is currently an advisor to Entrepreneur First – a two year graduate programme developed by Number 10 Downing Street and McKinsey. Beyond this he is an avid traveller and has lived and worked in four countries including spending time at the UNHCR in Geneva and in Merrill Lynch in New York. He spends his free time dabbling in song writing, writing poetry and also enjoys stand up comedy and cooking. He also regularly plays badminton and attends the gym.

Nik is inspired by Pandurang Shahstri Athavale (Dadaji) who established the Swadhyay movement with the vision of the ‘brotherhood of man under the fatherhood of god’, developing a sense of equality through positive action in society.
