Programme Delivery

UpRising Leadership delivers a structured programme with core activities to empower and enable the future generation of leaders:

•        Venues

We hold events at a variety of locations to give our participants a broad range of experiences (for instance banks, law firms, and corporate headquarters). We are keen to broaden our partnerships with organisations who can offer in kind support by hosting our sessions.

•        Speakers

We are looking for speakers and trainers from a variety of sectors willing to give their free time to talk about their experience of leadership and offer training on different aspects of leadership.

•        Mentoring

A significant part of the UpRising leadership programme is mentoring. We recruit top professionals to support individual participants while they are on the programme. Our model of mentoring provides advanced mentoring to our Alumni (CEOs and top professionals in their fields), one to one mentoring to our current cohort (professionals from across sectors and management structures) and Social Action Campaign mentoring (experts in the field of social issues).

•        Other networking/work placement and internship opportunities
